![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | My Mate Hi guys, right, my best mate is having a load of problems trying to loose weight....i cant tell you how much she weighs as she wont tell me herself. She has a baby, he keeps her busy so she can really afford to go to the gym as she is a single mum. She gets up at 5 in the morning to do an exercise video till baby gets up at 6. She has toasted bagel with low fat cream cheese for breakfast around 6.30/7 She drinks loads of water...eats loads of fruit....for lunch she normally has grilled chicken salad with a low fat dressing. For tea she will only have special k or something small. She doesnt pick at the babies food in all fairness to her and is trying really hard...she is taking fat strippers she bought from LA muscle and some other things to boost her metabolism. I love her to bits and this is really getting her down.. i have told her that she should eat more smaller meals throughout the day and try to balance the carbs, protiens etc... Anyone got any suggestions...please bear in mind that she is on her own with the baby and it is really hard...(although cool aunty NikiE does try and help as much as poss!!) Cheers guys.... ![]()

She needs a more balanced diet, with plenty of fats, and small meals often. Things like bagels and special k aren't that good for losing weight. It could be a thyroid problem.. she might want to get that checked out. But more likely, due to her current diet, her metabolism is flat out shut down. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | the main problem with women and dieting is that they never consume enough protein. this was what Jenny my wife found when she asked me about a diet for her i bought her some Protein powder and when she started taking 1-2 drinks per day her weight dropped and her muscle tone came through. i also did this for my elder sister but the diet was diffrent as my sister was a size 22(jen is a size 6-8) after 12 months of dieting my sister is now a size 12. the diet i gave my sister was a low carb high protein high fat diet she found it great and easy to stick to if your freind is willing to try the diet pm me and i will be more than happy to help... Paul..
