| Getting HUGE! | it sounds like your organs have shifted down (i would) practice inversion therapy and stomach vacuums plus the diet changes another cause could be smooth muscle growth in the intestines (quite common with pro bodybuilders (even some ametuers lets call them GUT people) using insulin and diabetics type 2) to eliminate that reduce carbs in the diet to below 30% but not below 20% just thoughts IMO only |

![]() | Cheers guys, Im not alone in this then ![]() I know Im losing muscle as well as fat with the low Cals but I really hate the feel of fat so Im prepared to sacrifice the muscle for now and build it back with a cleaner diet than before. ChefX: Organs shifted down, this could be part of the problem I think, would age have a bearing on this, 41 next month. |

| Getting HUGE! | yeah old man age can be a factor. LOL by the way there is no need to ever loose muscle while loosing fat. Slow down the process to about 1 lb a week. Try to get your macronutrient ratios closer to equal and keep your daily calorie amounts consistent. that way you can adjust them weekly to get what you need. cheers |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Control insulin and you will have the dieting problem solved. Lower the carbs and up the fats and protein. Sounds crazy but it does work. Apple pectin and fish oils will upregulate the insulin receptors too. This is such a common problem, you have know idea how many people suffer from this (most) ![]() I have this same problem. |
