We started in November last year, did a bulking phase then cut right back, its been a great learning curve for me, ive learnt so much abt diet and training, and a little abt my body as well. I train 3 days per week ( weights ), and i do 30 mins cardio on training day and 2, 30 min sessions on the days in between, ive found though that like Rob due to losing so much weight, i have a little loose skin, not much but im hoping it will catch up with the rest,lol. The diet was just cleaned up, i now eat smaller portions much more often, apart from the last month or so, 5 weeks to go then, im having a pizza,lol.
