Surefire method for weight loss

Alright, so it's not that funny, but I know only two rules here:
1. To gain weight - eat more
2. To lose weight - eat less

Just remember, no-one ever came out of a concentration camp overweight!

mate since Biker,s been coaching me ive lost 3 stone, and gone from a 38 waist to a 32 waist , and i can honestly say that ive been eating much more than i used to, apart from this cutting phase :( , just goes to show more can be better, if you try to keep it clean.

thanks a lot but i was lucky to get the chance.

i dont really know how much i can tell you, im not being silly but Unc would probably kill me,lol.

We started in November last year, did a bulking phase then cut right back, its been a great learning curve for me, ive learnt so much abt diet and training, and a little abt my body as well.

I train 3 days per week ( weights ), and i do 30 mins cardio on training day and 2, 30 min sessions on the days in between, ive found though that like Rob due to losing so much weight, i have a little loose skin, not much but im hoping it will catch up with the rest,lol.

The diet was just cleaned up, i now eat smaller portions much more often, apart from the last month or so, 5 weeks to go then, im having a pizza,lol.

Excellent stuff, John. How many cals do you burn on cardio as I'm thinking of doing something similar, but don't want to lose any muscle.

i honestly dont know mate

lol my bike has a guage on it that tells me stuff like that, but i dont know how accurate it would be, so i dont bother looking.
