![]() | Hey guys, trying to cut, this is what im eating today! im 6' 5 and currently at 15 stone. just wanna lose this beer gut, and then get a bit bigger. ................. I woke up at 7 and did 20 minutes on the exercise bike. Breakfast: Oats. Lunch: Tuna, light mayo, salad in a wholewheat pitta. Snack: 2 boiled eggs and a few carrott batons. Im going to be having a chicken breast for dinner about 6 with vegetables. not sure what else to have for a snack... keep getting stumped.. thanks for looking Chris. |

think he is after a constructive critisism on his diet? theres lots of info in the losing weight secion and the diet section on the keto diet and such take a look in there? |

You are not eating enough, or regularly enough to cut. But you did say the magic words beer belly.The first thing to cut out is booze. Then go to that diets section and find a diet that suits you that you can follow.
