Not too sure where to go next

Hey guys a lil advice please,
ive been on chefx's diatia level 3 (bulking) for approx 8-9 weeks

Im 5'6" and 56kg

I havent gained much weight really, i had an initial increase but has reached a steady state since.

I have been monitoring my body fat and thats been decreasing

BUT here's the million dollar question...
Do i continue what im doing and hope for the best?
Up a level to try to put on more weight?
Or cut? because i want to stay 56kg but convert my fat to muscle

What is a gal to do?!?

If you're liking what's happening, keep doing it.

If you want more mass first, raise up a level, but you might end up not losing any more bodyfat, or going slightly up. The other thing chef has posted that you can do is stay on level 3 but add some more fats with each meal.

If you want to stay 56kg, and your current diet is doing that but allowing you to drop bodyfat, I'd be inclined to say keep doing what you're doing.

DN you adjust the level weekly to maintain the rate of change as suggested in the program, otherwise you will hit wall's plateus that are caused by shutdown due to the non changes.

So if bulking and it stops, increase the level... follow?

cheers

Up to level 4 and monitor you weight, bf, stats weekly..... if you start putting on too much weight for your liking drop back down. This is the benefit of diatia, no difference in eating, preparing or cooking habits, just different amounts.

Weight is only an indication...... people don't see your weight, they just see what you look like. If you are dropping bf and staying the same weight you must be putting on lean mass which will give you shape and make you look better. Just take the extreme example of 2 blokes (or women) at 15 stone. One is cut and dry as a bone, looks awesome, the other is a flabby blob who looks like sh1t! I would be the latter!
