| Getting HUGE! | I'm on thyroid for life (due to cancers), T3 to be exact since I'm allergic to the t4 meds available, even so I try to take as little as I can get away with. If you are coming into your last 5 lbs or so, t3 can work a treat, best part is when combined with everything else correct you really only need around 12.5mcg to boost the effect enough. I see t3 and other thyroid as being overused and at amounts that aren't needed out of shear laziness. (not all cases just some) To me t3 is even better for mass gain, a little burst f around 12.5mcg a day can really increase the metabolism enough so you can put on some lean mass with no fat gain. |
