Lost 6 kgs since xmas..

After hitting 108Kgs and being a fat bastard, Ive got it down to around 102kgs.Think I need to lose another 7kgs, before i start to try and bulk again..Thanks for the good articles and advice posted by you guys on the board.When I hit 95kgs, i'll post up more pics.

Good effort m8!

Thats more than a kilo a week Tuna, which whilst being a fantastic change can be a little drastic on the body. It may be working well for you just watch you don't lose more than this per week or you could be stripping your body of protein to make up the calorie defecit and we wouldn't want that!

Thanks I hear what your saying mate.I've noticed I have lost a bit of muscle lately, I have kept the strength though..Its hard to get the balance right.Im starting another routine this week, so i hope to see some more changes again.:lift:

I seem to be in a nasty mood today. LOL
At 2 lbs a week (unless you are under 10% bodyfat) you should not loose any muscle.
So I'll just say, congrats on that.
