TYSON has a spectacular aura aboutTYSON has a spectacular aura about
Eating at night

I am and allways have been a night owl, if i go to bed before midnight then i just toss and turn all night. Because of this i am starving at 10 or 11pm and find myself eating the wrong food just to fill the gap.

I assume i shouldnt be eating after 8pm first of all but this cant be avoided as i am starving at this time, So any advice on a nice snack/meal that i could maybe eat.

(Please remember im tring to loose body fat also.)

You certainly should be eating ater 8pm! You're catabolic enough overnight as it is without compounding the problem by starving yourself before bed. But you need to be sensible about what you eat. Slow-acting proteins like casein work well. I tend to avoid all carbs for as long as I can before bed though.

Yes big is correct. Try to have a carb cut off point of about 6oclockish.

Also have a steak or some cottage cheese before bed.

Yes, avoid carbs if you can before bed.
Many schools of thought here.
But insulin will stop the petituary gland from releasing GH while you sleep if inslulin is present.

L-Argenine and L-Ornathine is good to help here. Like in the 3 G. range before bed.
ZMA is good before bedtime too.

If you are hungry then 40/30/30 with 100 cal max is ok combined.
