Hiya mate,

are you sure you got the weight right? 195 KILOS, not having a dig but you are a big lad if that really is kilos and not pounds. I am 6 foot (nearly) and weigh 88.5 kilos as of this morning, you would be weighing in at nearly DOUBLE my weight and I am not tiny.

I am sure the guys here who are more knowledgeable will be able to help with your diet but I thought it best to clear up the weight issue just in case it was a typo.

Regards

SD

Well first of all, Welcome!!!!!!

Well, that is 3.875 lbs of weight loss per week for the last 5 months.
Thats alot.

Your diet.
Hey bro, up the protein for positive nitrogen ballance so you dont lose any more lean muscle mass.

Dieting you will need about 150 grams of protein a day. You are bigger, so you will need more than that.

Nice losses there for sure.
You are on your way.;)
Dont get discouraged you are losing a lot.

Stick around and you wont be unsatisfied.

Well, bro.
Eat 6 times a day, 4 meals 2 snacks.
Dont eat over 500 cals in one sitting.
Eat a fat, a carb, a protein each meal, fiber too if you can help it.
Whole raw foods are best.

150 grams of protein will not make you fat by any means. In fact protein will spare lean muscle mass while dieting and is completly necessary.
Protein will slow the absorption of carbohydrates and allow you to have slow steady blood sugar levels.
In fact if you weight 400 lbs then I would up the protein to about 200 grams a day.

Dont forget about your fats, they are very satisfying and will help your hunger cravings.
Peanuts are very satisfying providing you do not have alergic reactions to them (most alergic food), and make a good snack.

Plain yoghurt is an awesome food.

But lets not rule out a Ketogenic diet. If you want some information on this I will be glad to provide you with this. Many people have great success with this and will actually lower cholesterol after a short period of time.
It is a fun diet too.
Let me know and thanks for comming to the UK-M board
