Cardio AM.

I've switched my training from mornings to evenings to fit in some cardio 3 x week.

The question is, do I do my cardio on an empty stomach or do I have my usual cottage cheese/yoghurt/whey smoothie as soon as I wake up.

I just want to drop a couple of %BF and increase my fitness slightly whilst losing the minimum amount of muscle.

I'm still training a heavy 3 day split in the evenings, diet is good and strength is fine.

Would cardio on an empty stomach mean more chance of becoming catabolic?

Black coffee? Is that not only effective as part of ECA?
