![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Cardio AM. I've switched my training from mornings to evenings to fit in some cardio 3 x week. The question is, do I do my cardio on an empty stomach or do I have my usual cottage cheese/yoghurt/whey smoothie as soon as I wake up. I just want to drop a couple of %BF and increase my fitness slightly whilst losing the minimum amount of muscle. I'm still training a heavy 3 day split in the evenings, diet is good and strength is fine. Would cardio on an empty stomach mean more chance of becoming catabolic? |
