![]() ![]() | Whey Shakes For years ive been training on and off. Since Nov last year ive been trying to cut up and im pleased with my results. My diet is very good and in training i do both weights and cardio about 4/5 times a week. Ive never had any shakes though but read an awful lot on here, so today ive gone out and bought a blender and some powder Question being, how many shakes should i have? I know to have a shake after my morning session then breakfast but should i have one later on in the day/night or just stick to the one in the morning? |

![]() ![]() | Re: Whey Shakes Problem I Have It says on the label ''consume within 20mins of making'' but straight after the gym i go to work NOT home. Neither work or my gym has facilities to make the shakes. Is it a total no-no to drink after say 2hrs? |
