Ephedrine - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I went to Canada recently and managed to pick up some 8mg Ephedrine tablets which are sold OTC there as nasal decongestent. What dosage of these tablets should I look at taking and how should I stack it with the caffeine and asprin. I am not looking to start this ECA stack quite yet so I have a few weeks yet to get what I may need.

are they only 8mg? i took ready made stacks with 30mg in 200mg caffeine and 30mg asprin

Yeah they are 8mg tablets but I got 3 tubs of 100 tablets each so I can build up the dose.

take 3 mate as above the usual is about 30mg

Id take about 8 a day. Have 2 at each time and spread them out in the day. You can take as many as you like but i wouldnt advise in taking loads. I once went out with a bird who use to take about 20 a day, not healthy at all

Dont take them all day mate. You will never sleep, Take the last lot around 2:30pm. Im sure you dont want to be buzzed up at night. As for taking as many as you want thats just crazy as there are sides including death.

i,d take 3 after breakfast and leave it that, you should then not want to eat untill the evening, have a good meal then a snack late evening to leave you ready for breakfast again.
this way you have good wait loss that will stay off. if you chew em like sweets yea you will loose wieght but it come back on when you stop due to your metabolism slowing down. Also only do for 4-5 days then have 4-5 off as your body gets used to them.

agree with the above dosage, however id go for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

assess your tolerance, three tablets may do you in until you get used to them, if you take anything over 6 i doubt you'll sleep all week

2 weeks on 2 weeks off and don't skip any meals.

3-4 tabs should do it.

I take 25mg Eph, 200mg Caff and 75mg Asp 3 times a day. On waking, around lunch and again around 4pm. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. On the off cycle part I use Clen.
