Clen advise
My bro is gonna start taking some Clen to get rid of his gut, is it best to take the pills first thing in the morning on a empty stomach ?? Also he's getting the 40mg tabs does anyone have a cycle for these??

clens not really a miracle pill fella, it just aids in weight loss really, wont have much affect if hes not training correctly and diets no good, i font think you can get 40mg tabs think ther 40ug

He is training hard, he's a big guy 19.5 stone natty, naturally very strong benches 3 1/2 plates. His diet is pretty good, taking eph at the mo but thought he'd try some clen, he wants to cut, at the moment he's a lump but he wants to look shredded.
