Rockefeller is on a distinguished road
Rate my diet

Hello all

Would like some feedback on my current diet if it needs improving or any tips how to make it better,

Me

Height 5ft 8ins
Weight 10 stone 5lbs
Frame is Slim good Muscle def

Workout is 5X week ( Early Morning ) 1 hour and 30 min Energy I burn is 1500 each day workout

Workout Weights ( Light ) Weekend

Goal either mantain weight or lose weight

Diet

8.00 Workout Cardio Empty Stomach


9.30 Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey



10.00 Bran Flakes + Banana or Scotts porage oats



11.30 Apple or Pears


13.00 2 chicken breast + steamed cabbage



16.00 2 Wholegrain bread + Tuna steak


17.30 Apple



19.00 Soup



Drink is 3 litre of water each day


I am buying the protein this week as I have just been doing the above diet without the protein shake.

Should I take the protein before workout aswell?

Trying to stay lean and not gain weight don't wish to bulk as I don't have the height

no expert m8 but doesnt look like any good fats in there or protein, have a browse through the diet and nutrition section loads of info in there.

unless your running clens.

yeh how much?

10.00 Bran Flakes + Banana or Scotts porage oats

very good choice.

11.30 Apple or Pears
cut out the fruits, and replace with veg.

13.00 2 chicken breast + steamed cabbage

excellent choice, but add salad to the steamed cabbage. i.e cucumbers, tomato etc.

16.00 2 Wholegrain bread + Tuna steak

good choice.
make sure it contains no artificial shyt.


17.30 Apple

replace with veg or protein shake.


19.00 Soup

i hope this contains meat.

I have just 1 serving protein 24g
