| Some advice needed.. Basically I've been bulking for the past months eating like an animal and training like mad, reaping the muscle gains but unfortunatly i've gained some fat which is natural, anyway my stomachs more or less flat but I know theres fat around there and also around the hips, I'd like to shred this fat off or as much as I can. I want to keep all or the vast majority of the muscle gains and cut the fat.
At the moment in the morning weighed im 15.2 stone. Around 6ft 2. Im all bulked out at the moment, look quite big. But looking to cut any fat around in areas and reveal the definition then start bulking again. So im just looking for advice from diet experts like PSCarb or just in general on how to go about it. Any help appreciated, thanks! |
