When to eat.

I have been into bodybuilding for a while now but only as a hobby, I have made the decision to go for it and try to get in awesome shape but need help with knowing when to eat.
My diet is generally good containing plenty of eggs, tuna, protein shakes lots of veg with my evening meal and I am keeping the carbs low. But my problem is I don,t know when I should be eating, as I generally have something quick befor work such as poached eggs or omlett, then banana about 11 and I train over my lunch generally from 12:00 till about 13:30 I have a protein shake straight after training and then some tuna and rice about 30 mins later. then nothing untill my evening meal about 8 o.clock at night.
So any help is appreciated, should I be eating six meals a day every 2 hours if so when and should I be taking protein/creatine before gym as aposed to after. Oh I also cycle to work ocasionally for a bit of cardio 14 mile round trip. should my diet change on these days????? HELP ME.

If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it.

Re: When to eat.

every 2-3 hours you should consume a meal to keep the old metabolism fired up.. so if you eat your 1st meal at 8am next meal is at 11am, 2pm, 5pm etc...

some people eat every two hours... but find out what works for you.

Re: When to eat.

Cheers shorty is this still relevant when trying to shed some serious timber. As I could do to lose about a stone but still obviously want to pack on lean muscle.
