TERESKAN will become famous soon enough
tereskans carb cycling

Been reading up on the carb cycling and have put together this diet, im going for on high carb days 360g carb/360g prot/ 55g fat, med carb days 240g carb/360g prot/ 80g fat and low carb days 120g carb/360g prot and 140g of fat, im 260 lb at the minute and 6' tall

diet looks like this HIGH CARB DAYS:

all be running test prop and tren with 2 iu of GH ED and alternating clen/ephadrine 2 weeks on/off

Your medium & low carb days need to be lower imho. If it was me i'd aim for 175g medium days, 40-50 low days

Are you trying to lose fat also, as the calories are very high for a low day (and a medium day)

My low day runs at about 1200 calories, medium day 2300 and high day 3600

you might need to take into account that in 6' and 260 lb with a bf of around 20%, 1200 cal a day like you are eating on your low day would prob do more damage then good to me.
I want to cut down with the least amount of muscle loss as possible.

I was 237lbs when I started

best way is to start with the diet you've suggested, with cardio and go from there

for rapid fat loss and muscle loss then the cals are probably too low on a low day...

what weight do you plan to get down too?

dont have a specific weight i want to get down too, just want to cut down and see whats been created under the fat
