GUT REDUCTION NEEDED (clen Cycle)

Hi there i was wondering if anyone could help me. i was thinking of doing a cycle on clen to try and help lose my belly. This is kind of a last resort as i have been training for a nearly 5 years and in the last 6 months really picked it up and my belly never seems to change. I cannot find any information on how much clen i need to take and how often i need to take it. My diet is a high fiber breakfast, 4 to 5 protien shakes throughout the day and then a good balanced meal in the evening (no processed crap just proper food) on top of this i am training between 1.5 and 2.5 hours a night 5 or 6 times a week. if somebody knows a good clen cycle i would be gratefull if you could advise me.

mate that diet sounds pretty poor if you are just living on protein shakes remember they are supplements to a normal diet not there to have a diet made purely from shakes

I doubt u need clen..

can you list everything u eat and drink including weights/calories

8am 100g oats 1 medium banana 50g whey

10 am etc.....

You need to work your diet out and put some more information down all shakes are different... and clen aint the answer

Hi, sorry for sounding newbie but what is 'clen'?

Also the guys above are correct in saying that diet is the key. I have taken some advice from various peolple on here and i am now cutting with alot more success than before i joined here when i was on HOT ROX.

I am no longer on HR and i am seeing fat loss results off diet and excercise alone.

mate, 1st thing, your diet seems crap. no offense meant by that, but clen is no "last resort". as db says, supplements are just that, supplements on top of a good diet. also, your working out 1.5-2.5 hours a night? that overtraining straight away. 45 mins weight session will have you sorted. fair enough if the longer time includes cardio.
