![]() | GUT REDUCTION NEEDED (clen Cycle) Hi there i was wondering if anyone could help me. i was thinking of doing a cycle on clen to try and help lose my belly. This is kind of a last resort as i have been training for a nearly 5 years and in the last 6 months really picked it up and my belly never seems to change. I cannot find any information on how much clen i need to take and how often i need to take it. My diet is a high fiber breakfast, 4 to 5 protien shakes throughout the day and then a good balanced meal in the evening (no processed crap just proper food) on top of this i am training between 1.5 and 2.5 hours a night 5 or 6 times a week. if somebody knows a good clen cycle i would be gratefull if you could advise me. thanks |

| UK-Muscle Moderator | Re: GUT REDUCTION NEEDED (clen Cycle) mate that diet sounds pretty poor if you are just living on protein shakes remember they are supplements to a normal diet not there to have a diet made purely from shakes I doubt u need clen.. can you list everything u eat and drink including weights/calories 8am 100g oats 1 medium banana 50g whey 10 am etc..... |

I have taken some advice from various peolple on here and i am now cutting with alot more success than before i joined here when i was on HOT ROX. I am no longer on HR and i am seeing fat loss results off diet and excercise alone. Gaz |
