Question Need advice on Protein Shakes

I am new to taking Whey Protein. I am on 2 diff types of Whey Protein Shakes. The first BSM Sybtha-6 I take in the morning and at night. Then after working out I take Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard. The big question is if I work out and go home and take my Optimum Nutrition shake and go to bed 1 hour or two hours after that (because its a work night), should I still take the BSM Sybtha-6 or not.

Thanks,
CJ
