Morning Cardio before Breakfast

Hey guys!!
Just wondered what type of cardio you guys do before breakfast and for how long?

I am currently cutting and have been doing 45min HIIT after weights 4x week and a 30 min jog with 10x stair sprints on the evening.

I have dropped from 109kg to 93kg with minimal muscle loss but have seen that cardio before breakfast helps with fat burning!!

Just interested in which cardio method you guys/gals use before brekkie!!!

Re: Morning Cardio before Breakfast

For my comps this year i did just a faced paced walk in the morning, 45mins. Then another 45mins later on the tread mill after my work out.

hun if you can perform 45 mins of HIIT then its not HIIT thats way to long and you are not pushing yourself, I used to do HIIT for 20 mins and was dead and could not do anymore.

as like what the others have said slow/med CV before breakfast and then either after weights or later on in the day..everyone is different but for me I loose muscle doing HIIT and go soft ..just experiement your soon get to know your body and what works best for you x

Re: Morning Cardio before Breakfast

Yeah I got this over on MP, its not all HIIT for 45min, sorry. Its 15min jog on tred, 15min on bike - 1min fast as can and 1 min steady, then finish on Xtrainer 15min hills prog!!!

Dude, are you not using that Carl Lewis exercise bike?

I think I've got a duff seat because it fcukin kills my ass. I've bought a gel seat, not made much difference. I now have to have the gel seat, plus 2 cushions to make it half ok
