And hey just keep a clean plain diet e.g. Replace things such as coke with water Whole meal bread pasta etc and also stick to lower fatty foods such as chicken. so make sure you keep your diet clean. Do cardio workout's such as swimming, running a bit of football etc for 30Mins+ about 3 times a week maxium. This should help you lose a lot of weight. | |

And when someone says they "don't want muscles" - I think they may often mean they don't want the BB look - but most people would like to look fitter and more toned - which in itself takes up to 6 months or more depending on your current condition. It will take years of hard work to get a BB'er type body? |

![]() | Re: really need help loosing weight Having been at my heaviest 19 stone of fat, having lost weight through traditional methods down to 13 & a half at my lightest, then putting weight back on & losing it AGAIN through bodybuilding diets I can only say how much EASIER it is to lose weight through a bodybuilding style diet. Carb Cycling IS for me.... I can only say from my experience etc though Twisted000 - look into carb cycling, also dont be afraid of weights. Allot of people say "i'd like to do weights but I dont want to get massive" That's a bit like me saying "I'd like to play sunday league football but I dont want to end up playing for Manchester United" Or I'd like to start running on a Sunday but I dont want to compete at the olympics ;-) Dont be scared of hitting the weights... you'll notice a quicker body change by hitting the weights & doing cardio than you would just doing cardio best of luck duder |
