It's a controlled substance so you can't discuss prices or sources on the board. But with 4 stone to lose you shouldn't be thinking of Eph at the moment. Post your current diet up and training routine for the board to take a look at. More than likely we can help to get most of it off without the need for any drugs. Whether you gain or lose weight is primarily a concern of diet. |

| My pride is my family! | Re: How many should I take????? Ok, thanks. My diet is structured at the min, just cut down on the bad stuff (takeaway, dairy, beer etc) and increased the good stuff (chicken, turkey, pasta etc). Help with this would be good. I have also bought a tub of maximuscle cyclone. My training is as follows. Monday-squats, leg extension, leg curl, calf raise, leg raise. Wednesday-incline bench press, close grip bench press, shoulder press, lateral raise, dumbbell bicep curl Friday-lat pulldown, seated row, triceps pushdown, crunches, hyperextensions, shrugs These are all done on a 3x8-10 basis. only done 1 week so far so if anything needs changing I'm all ears. I want to increase muscle mass aswell as lose the fat |

Well first off, in simple terms you can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. To gain muscle requires eating more calories than you are burning and to lose fat requires you to burn more calories than you are eating. Decide which goal is yours. Next I would grab a pen and paper an write down exactly what you eat every day for a week. Weigh yourself at the start of the week and at the end. Add up the total calories, and if your weight hasn't increased or dropped during the week, this is your maintenance calories. If your weight increases, you are eating more than you are burning; if your weight drops, you are burning more than you are eating. Adjust the calories accordingly and set the macros, protein/carbs/fats to suit your goals. For help of this have a read of the gaining/losing weight sections. This is how I structure my diets and it works. It also gives you independence over your own diet instead. What you must remember though is to get as many whole clean foods as you can in your diet and cut out all the crap. Also, it's good to drink lots of water, at least 3 litres a day. |

A good clean diet, six small meals a day and good training with cardio will work wonders. Give it time and it will work- I know - it worked for me and I had tried everything! |
