Body fat - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I did a fitness test at the gym today. It included a body fat analasis and showed that i have got 6.1% body fat they said that it was good. I eat anything i like i dont do any cardio at all how come it is this low and should i not worry about it:confused:

Jesus bro that is very low indeed, unless you are absoultley ripped to the bone (complete six-pack etc) then I suspect the test is incorrect.

post some stats or maybe even a picture and the lads should be able to confirm.

At that bodyfat level, you'd be absolutely shredded. You'd probably be vascular as hell and would be able to see muscles where you probably didn't know you even had muscles!

If that sounds like you then the test is probably correct and you just have a majorly fast metabolism. If not then the test is probably wrong.

how was it measured? i done mine 2 weeks ago and it was 20% on the electric scales, then done it with calipers and it was 13%, i just dont understand it??????????? can anyone please help?

skizxi - Your no way 13% :p you are more like 20% (for people who are wounderin how do i know, its because we train in the same gym and have known each other for a long time now
