8pm Steak, fish or turkey w veg if i can

10-11pm eggs, whey, chicken or cottage cheese

Are you sure that's only 150g of carbs? Looks like a lot more to me.

Jimmy sorted me out a 'clean bulk' diet a couple of weeks ago, I can send you that if you like, I've piled on about 5/6lbs but kept the same waist size.

Are you still on that killer routine?

Maybe have more meals mate if possible to keep the metabolism jacked. Its worked wonders for me.

Also maybe have a look at the carb count again because as the others say your calculations maybe a little out.

Bumping this incase Jimmy has some good ideas.

150g of carbs per day (solid food) not counting pwo shake on training days coz you need that anyway. Dont worry im weighing up my rice and potatoes so i know how many carbs im using!

No im on a different routine now. Was causing a lot of stress to my joints. too many pressing movements! too frequent to keep up with too.

Cardio, i just do 20mins walking (treadmill) after main workout 3 x week. Nothing intense, just enough to keep my heart rate around 130bpm for 20mins. Did the trick for me in the past.

Perhaps if you get chance try 40-45mins cardio(just walking is what i do) every morning before breakkie.

I know though people have to fit work in so sometimes its hard to do empty stomach cardio.
