Question Carb Blockers?

I have made some really good muscle and mass size gains. just i dont look to toned and thats how i want to get.
ive dropped my carbs down to diet but i just cant do it enough to what i think would be good for me.
ive heard about these carb blockers?
whats the general feeling on these and are they any good?

Useless

I know this thread is really old but if you're still interested.....

Carb blockers are absolutely useless - they do indeed block carbohydrates and stop your body digesting them but..... each tablet can block only about 5-15g of carbohydrate so even if you took double the suggested dose the maximum amount of calories you could expect to block a day would be about 100-150. Save your money

Are you talking about rALA? Because if so, that has been proven to be effective.
