Question on carb cycling to lose unwanted bf

I'm about to start a cut and am in the process of planning a diet. I've had a read through the losing weight section and the searches and found the following very useful:

http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/losing-we...med-carbs.html
http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/losing-we...b-cycling.html

Would it even be a good idea to carb cycle at this stage? I weigh around 92kg at an estimated 20-25%bf at 5'10.

Recent pics can be found here:
http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/members-p...tential-5.html

The second article suggests having no carb days, would this be okay or should I instead have low-medium-high and which would be the best way to do this? Which days would I run low-med-high?

An example would be great.

Thanks

Re: Question on carb cycling to lose unwanted bf

I wouldn't bother carb cycling atm. Improve your diet and increase the cardio and you will loose the bf. Thats what i've been doing any its going great.
I'm thinking about trying some carb cycling but thats only now i've got down to near ab bf%.

I've been eating fairly clean at the moment except for Sunday were I cheat but hit all the set macros, and I use beaked beans and sauces for flavour, that's about it. But I have been bulking. Cardio is 30mins 3 times per week at the moment.

Sunday – high carbs

high - c 300g+, p 150g, f 50g

low - c 50g, p 250g, f 100g

I see, so don't starve yourself by having no carb days? I assume this stops the body going into starvation mode?

Why only 150g protein on a high day?

Should the carbs on low and medium days be before and after training, pre-wo and post-wo, or should they be breakfast?

Re: Question on carb cycling to lose unwanted bf

i don't have carbs pre or post workout whilst on low and medium days i prefer protein and fats i find the results better.
Aim to have your carbs in the first few meals of the day....
the aim on a high day is to get as much carbs in as possible by eating protein and fats at a higher amount you will find it hard to eat all the food and that one day is about carbs.....
