![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | fat loss on feet? when cutting down does anyone else seem to loose fat off the soles of your feet? iam the lightest i have been for years and a lower bf but my feet are contantly killing me, i am stood up all day at work and by the time i get home i can hardly stand they have never hurt like this before, i thought it would have been one of the last places you lost fat off not the 1st. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: fat loss on feet? that a good article but the thing is when i was walking around at 19st my feet didnt hurt but now at 17.5st they do and iam wearing the same footware and doing the same job, but you never know it could be a combination of a bit of fat loss and being heavy, will have to see what its like when i have lost more weight. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: fat loss on feet? well at moment iam about 18-20% but i was about 24%, i know ive still got plenty of fat to loose thats why i thought it was odd, i would have thought fat loss on bottom of feet would have only bothered people below 8% (maybe i have always had loads of fat on my feet and now im trying to cut it is coming off them because i had so much) i wish i was below 8% at my weight that would be awsome, and im pretty sure i wouldnt be bothered about my feet killing me then. |

I had the same problem, so it is not only you..... my kickboxing class really used to hurt my feet, as they wear trainers here to do the class and it was on a hardwood floor. Eventually the combination of thicker sports socks and a sports insole solved the problem. I have lost so much weight now that I have gone down a size in trainers. I buy the best I can afford now, not cheap ones. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: fat loss on feet? losing fat from the foot pad is very uncommon and likely indicates some kind of metabolic disorder. two most common causes are hypercortisolemia (includes cortisol treatment) and Diabetes (and other glucose metabolism disorders) this may be an option http://www.oandp.com/edge/issues/art...8-06-23_03.asp |
