Sticky sweet Chinese ribs

I don't really have cheat meals as I'm not that strict on what I eat as such...... rarely eat pizza and generally rarely eat 'desert' as such.

I do usually have chips with steak when I have it but that's only twice a week.

I have had bad chocolate cravings lately though but haven't a clue why. I try to have an apple when I feel the urge, and imagine the chocolate going straight to the love handles

I usually cheat on saturdays.

Usually have a big donner kebab.

Is it ok to cheat once a week ?
Ive improved my diet alot and dropped some body fat whilst gained some lean muscle.

Indian take aways are great but there are non of those here so i havent had one in close to two years there is a Indian restraunt but its not exactly cheap so i dont often eat there.
Now my fav cheat meal is going to the city with the gf and training partner having a couple of beers and a burger prior to hitting the clubs i allow my self to do this every one or two months

I've found a new cheat food, and it takes some serious effort to resist:

Ben & Jerry's ice cream, either chocolate fudge brownie flavour or cookie dough flavour.

Holy crap, it tastes so good and I don't know if it's cut with crack or something, but a couple of spoonfuls always turns into about 10 before I know it.

It's probably a good job that I've made it to 26 before discovering it, because I may well have ended up a right fat b@stard if I'd found it in my teens.

its easy to make inidna food at home, and il taste the same if not better than restaurants! you just need onions, garlic, ginger, and tomatos and some chilli powder!!..and meat of course
