![]() | losing a bit of fat % I am currently 18% bf @ 85.2 KG (13st 6) 6'1" on my pair of salter scales. i am hoping to get a bit leaner, maybe sub 15%, whilst maintaining what little bit of muscle mass i have. I have scope to loose % from waist / abs area and wondered what people would recommend exercise wise, and also a few tweaks on the diet and or supplement that might help. I have a pretty steady diet, although i do like a pie and a beer at weekends. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ta. |

| Mature Bodybuilder | Re: losing a bit of fat % Diet is crucial to fat loss and seeing those abs and waist. Exercise, for the most part builds and shapes those muscles, but you won't see them till the body fat is down. If you are going for the pies and beer at weekends you need more than a tweak to your diet. Tell us all your normal diet (include alcohol, it decreases fat burning abilities ) and someone may offer you some advice. Check out PSCarbs articles about diet - they are the best!
