![]() | No more running please... Hi anyone got any other forms of cardio they recomend apart from running i absolutly hate running !!! I'm an ex smoker quit now for 1 year 3mnths , but still suffer from poor lung capacity etc, These are the things i like but which in your opinion is best for weight loss , swimming, skipping, cross trainer , or speed walking. |

Skipping i like but not very good at it always trip over doesn't impress the females lol , What is the trainair device Kaz 28 ? Don't own a bike unfortunatly but think i might invest in one or a cross trainer or a rower And i agree sex is a great workout get as much of that as i can .. o yer ! |
