Formulae for calories needed?

Hi firstly apologies if I am going over old ground

I am sure everyone asks how many calories.

However I have been dieting and training hard for a while and lost about two stone with lots of cardio and good clean diet

I have been at 15%BF (started at 26% 18 mths ago) now for about 3 months and cant seem to get below it. I think I may have cut back on the calories and carbs too much.

Does anyone know of formulae to work out what I should now aim for so that I can then adjust.

I guess I am looking for a reset but dont want to just pick a number and see how I go

Stats
Male 33 5'7'' 83Kilos 15%BF
Training 5 to 6 days per week weights on a four day split am and 45 mins cardio pm
