![]() | diet help basically im 17 looking to add some mass been out of training for about a year i weigh 10stone 2llbs with 11% BF im going to start bills star 5x5 diet is as follows 10:40am: 3 boiled eggs 1 banana 12:10pm: 1 tin of tuna in sandwich 2:30pm: 1 tin of tuna in sandwich any advice on what to add or take out of the diet will be greatly appreciated also gunna have a couple of litres of water everyday there is a more in depth version of the diet in the attachment Last edited by kane1000; 01-06-2008 at 07:15 PM. |
