Advice (please)

I started doing clen about 5-6 weeks ago, started on 1 tablet on the first day, moving to 5 per day on the 5th day ect. I kept the 5 up for a further 5 days. Ive now being doing 2 on, 2 off for about 3-4 weeks.

2 weeks ago i added 2 t4's per day to the cycle, and have started doin some light weights (rotator cuff injury)

Although i dont work my diet out properly, it is high in protein low in carbs and not much fat.

I dont usually eat breakfast but i do have a protein shake, so my main meal would be lunch, usually consisting of chicken, turky, bolied egg, lettuce, onion, tomato. 2 apples and a protein shake

Tea would normally consist of a chicken omelette with boiled rice, or some chicken and rice and again another protein shake.

Although my abs are now coming out ect.. i still want to lose another 12 lbs of bf (one the trainers reckons i could get another 24 lbs off)

Should i stop the cycle im on currently and try the atkins diet?

Ive still got 1 and a half boxes of ventolase left and same with t4's.. should i just finish these then try atkins?

I suppose im just being impatient, but i go on holiday to Australia in december and want that beach body lol

ps my workouts currently consist of

monday - friday: light weights + 1 hour cardio

when i say cardio.. i have the treadmill on an incline (7.0), speed (7.0) for 1 hour

ive been told this is best for fat loss

Big wrists, big forearms, damn Man, that hair looks like wire. You look like if you fell down you would break the concrete.

philipebrown will become famous soon enough
if your happy with what your doing, and your losing weight then i wouldnt change your diet. just make sure your food is timed correctly. ie, no carbs after lunch or 3pm at the latest. tbh, you could do with adding 1 or 2 more meals in there. space them out so you eat every 3 hours or so. this will speed up your metabolism a little. Worst thing to do is end up starving yourself or cutting carbs too low. this will only slow your progress down.
