Carb & calorie tapering- is it worth doing?

I'm carb cycling at the moment in an effort to get lean, and have also worked out all my meals so that I consume progressively less calories per meal as the day goes on, and also less carbs as the day goes on, with no starchy carbs at all after 15:00.

Is this worth doing or could I expect to see the same benefits if I just divide my daily calorie and carb intake up ino 6 meals of roughly equal size (in terms of calories and grams of carbs)?

when carb cycling to lose weight eat your carbs in the first meals of the day then switch to veg for carbs later but you should not be tapering calories....

Go to the supermarket and stock up on a huge range of non starchy veg on sat afternoon when they sell them off cheap..... Try some that you have never even heard of.. you may like them. Buy lots of herbs and spices for flavouring and variety.
