My diet plan

Was 20 stone now down to 15. Changed diet a little so thought would post it.. see what you guys and gals think.

7:00 50g oats then 2 scoop whey
10:30 handfull almonds + protein whey 1 scoop + green apple
1:00 150g wholegrain rice with tin of tuna in brime + green veg
4:00 200g turkey with 150g rice
4:30 Pro GF Supplement
5:00 workout
6;30/7:00 2 Scoop pro recovery 1 scoop whey 10g glutmine
7:30 same as meal 1:00 but without carbs or very little carbs
10:30 protein shake 10g glutimine

4-6lrs of water daily.

Workout 2 bodyparts daily then 30mins cardio after.
Play football twice a week also..tho limping after a bad bad dead leg


Any views or comments.. very much welcome to leave them

Looks good to me mate, well thought of diet. Only thing i can see is, id change your 4pm meal to 3.30pm, that way is gives you 1.5hrs to digest it before you have your Pro-GF, which takes 30-45mins to get into your system for your workout at 5pm

Try hitting another 30mins cardio in the morning mate on an empty stomach, this should help you get by the plateau.

Other than that mate good little diet you got there.

2 cardio sessions per day as Geo says, will really help mate. Should get the weight / fat dropping of you again, and if you can up them to 45mins each all the better.
