![]() | weight loss hi folks,,after a bit of advice on losing bodyfat,,,,i was regularly 250lbs with an average of 6 to 10 % bodyfat up until 34 and then suffered a major accident that left me unable to walk for a year,,after multiple knee reconstructions/ligament/tendon problems i was on the road to recovery until i was hit with major depression problems resulting in a two year self destruct stage with excess eating and drinking and my weight ballooned to 325lbs,,,,,,the death of a good friend brought me back to reality..... i have now stopped drinking completely,,started going to the gym again and eating properly resulting in a 28lbweight loss in 6 weeks,,i would like to get back to 250 and as low a bodyfat as is healthy,,i have no plans on competeing in anything and have now developed severe arthiritis in my knees hampering my ability to train legs like i used to...... can somebody help with macro/micro nutrient breakdown for an eventual 250lb bloke looking to lose as much fat as possible.. i do an hours walking at 5.00am every day at a pace dictated by my dog lol,,i am gonna start 100 mcg of clen and green tea capsules on rising next week with a ml of tren ace daily and 1ml of test every other day... breakfast at 06.30 half cup of oats with water and 2 scoops pro lab pure whey,,a banana and some berries 9.30 am 2 scoops protein and apple 1.00 pm chicken breast/unlimited green veg 3.00pm 2 bananas train for an hour or so and then protein dring on way home 4.30 chicken breast or tuna /steak with either green salad or veg 8.00pm no carb protein shake 9.00pm bed i am taking pure cod oil/multi vits/glutamine/bcaa daily and am training mon/tues thurs/fri and the walking is 7 days a week any help appreciated..castro.. ![]() |
