![]() | day / meal off Does anyone have a day off from their BB diet? I am curious as to how you stay sane... also just had some Haribos and a magnum - hoping I haven't just put 3 weeks training out the window!?? Will indulging like this now and then make much of a differance? |

No sweets, no shat, no crap. One day a week is fine imo. |

Plenty of literature on what and when to binge out on and how to do it but in reality find a diet you enjoy to include a treat every now and then, not hate your diet and then binge out because its that bad through the week |

KFC was boneless breast INDIAN was dry chicken tikka and plain boild rice MCDONALDS was scrambled egg and some pancakes So you can still eat fairly clean even from a takeaway. Granted its not the same as a rigid diet but it loads more enjoyable and it stop my missus complaining we cant go out to eat anywhere | |
