Sure they offer a cheap and provide a source of energy but for the most part they are empty on the nutrition side of things. Apples (soluable fiber lowers cholesterol) are awesome for you. Get those down you. Oranges, spinish (raises PH) is awesome, broccoli (anti-estrogen naturally). See the diffrence just a few choices in food make? Some foods are actually anabolic and overfeeding is anabolic for about 12-14 days. |
