Carb meals

I do alot of exercise, im only 15 and got into alot of things this year, like boxing, cricket and a wee bit of gym. I'm not really worrying about what I'm doing, it's just what i'm eating.

Right this minute, like right now, i'm shattered, and getting it quite alot, so i'm guessing consume more carbs... I do cricket 2 - 4 times a week, and boxing 1 - 3 times a week aslong as boxing doesnt clash with cricket.

Just that I want to really get rid of unwanted bodyfat right now, and affraid on eating TOO much. So maybe some suggestions on like carb meals?

Re: Carb meals

When I was 15 I could eat all day every day and not put on any weight. I doubt you are someone that puts on weight and fat quickly.

Just eat clean like Con said above. Stay away from drugs and booze

With all due respect that is close to the bone mate and may influence people in anegative manner. Also anorexics will by classification be under 17 on the BMI

I agree with this bit though but more that a 15 year old should not even be on a board asking such a rigid question

Carbs should be the mainstay of your diet and your activites will lose you the body fat

DO NOT cut carbs from your diet...period

Yes looking back i should have said a good candidate for an eating disordre not anorixia. Eating disorders is a large growing problem with teenage males and IMO an extreemly active lad such as him displaying a thin figure as he is rings alarm bells with me when he is asking about curbing an entire macro nutrient.

If you under eat you will never grow into your full potential as a man, you will not reach your max height and max bone structure also your hormones will not develop as they should.
Just dont eat carbs closer to bed than 4 hours and learn about nutrition and i promise you wont get fat.
Fyi having some meat on your stomach is due to not doing weight training no one has a good six pack with out weight training or being in some sort of extreemly stressfull sport unless they are dangerously under weight.

If you eat 500g of carbs per day its no different to eating about 230g of fat per day or 500g of protein every day

calorie intake Vs expenditure determines weight loss at this level

Simply keep output high
