Carb Cycleing Diet for critique

Hi all,

I currently following a carb cycleing diet as follows -

Mon - Low
Tue - Med
Wed - Low
Thur - Med
Fri - Low
Sat - High/Refeed
Sun - Low
Low day - 50g carbs/300g protein/90g fats
Med day - 175g carbs/250g protein/75g fats
High day - 600g carbs/200g protein/50g fats

My low carb day looks like this-

Meal 1
2 scoops Protien Powder - PWO after 45min unfuelled cardio.

Meal 2
20g- Oats
7 whole medium eggs.

Meal 3
8oz Chicken breast
20g - Wholemeal Pasta

Meal 4
PWO- after wieghts workout
2 scoops whey protien
1 scoop casin protien

Meal 5
8oz Turkey Breast
25g - Cashew Nuts

Meal 6
8oz Cod Fillet
25g - Cashew nuts

Meal 7
1tbl spoon natty peanut butter
1 scoop casin protien

Cals = 2,143
Protien = 295
Carbs = 55
Fat = 87

Med carb day looks like this =

Meal 1
2 Scoops whey protien - after 45min unfuelled cardio

Meal 2
60g Oats
6 whole eggs

Meal 2
8oz Chicken breast
100g wholemeal pasta

Meal 3
PWO - Aftr wieghts workout
2 scoops whey protien

Meal 4
8oz Turkey Breast
100g Brown rice
50g Brocolli

Meal 5
8oz Cod fillet
1 whole meal pitta bread
1 Table spoon exra virgin oilve oil

Meal 6
10g cashew nuts

Cals = 2,321
Protien = 249
Carbs = 174
Fat = 75

My high carb/refeed day is pretty high carbs with each meal plus a cheat meal, but its just the low and med day I think needs looking at.

Supplement wise, im taking a day -
6 fish oil tabs
900mg mik thistle
1000mg Vit c
multi vit - min tab
2000mg L-carnitine
Creatine Serum
L-Gultamine peptides - 20g aday

Also 160mcg Clen 2weeks on 2 off, cycleing with T5s

Any help and advice will be greatly apperiated,

the change i would make is that all your carbs on the low day are to be eaten in the first meal on the medium day in the first 3/4 meals

Thanks for that Pscarb, Im glad you have taken a look at my diet as you was the one I was hopeing would help me out on it, Ive read alot of your threads and advice to other people on these boards on carb cycleing and its really helped me out.

I will change it how you have advised, thanks agian.

Ive been following it this week and so far have lost 5pounds,

I think alot of this could be water but I defo looking leaner and the morning cardio at around 65% MHR has really helped, ill keep you posted,
