Can a person eat too much turkey?

I ask as all I seem to be eating lately is the stuff

It's the only other healthy food that stops me from eating all the bad stuff and curbs my cravings for carbs

However, can a person eat too much?
I tend to have a large turkey salad roll for lunch, one later in the afternoon and love nothing better than buying about 5 slices off it from a deli counter and just eating it whilst on the pc, watching tv etc
Is this too much?

TIA

Re: Can a person eat too much turkey?

Just because it is 'healthy' (and in all honesty, you would do better to roast your own turkey breast than do deli turkey) if you eat too much, you get fat.

It doesn't matter if it is only protein or only fat or only carbs, anything in excess, our bodies can turn to fat.

If your calories in balance calories out, no problem.

You go over the calories you use/burn in the day, you get fat.
