![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | aaaggghhh holiday time!!! hey guys, ok first off im sorry for the on off veiws, one minuite i bulking the next im cutting oh no wait im bulking again etc etc etc. but i have not been on a sunny holiday for 5 years due to fear of flying, so this june im 21 and my mam and dad have offered to take me and my gf away on holiday somewhere hot, we leave in 4 weeks this monday. now i have not been on holiday in so long and getting on a lane is a major thing for me, so i want to look better than i do now. im 5'11 and weight varies between 175lbs and 177lbs. i am around 15% bodyfat and have the vague shape of abs comming through. wouls like to drop to say 12% so that my abs are showing and i loose a bit fat esp round the cest and gut. i know im average weight and wont look out special but i figure id prefer to look average size but low bf% than average size with average BF% really need help now tho , is this possible in 4 weeks?? im willing to eat what i have to and spend a bit cash on some supplements, maybee a good cutting stack if needed( not meaning steroids ) thanks warren |

Meal 1 - 6 whole eggs Meal 2 - 200g Chicken + green veg and salad + 2tbsp Olive oil Meal 3 - 200g Chicken + green veg and salad + 2tbsp Olive oil Meal 4 - 2 scoops protein drink + 2 tbsp Natty Peanut Butter (pre-workout) Meal 5 - 2 scoops protein drink + 1 tbsp Natty Peanut Butter (post-workout) Meal 6 - 250g Chicken or lean steak + green veg and salad + 2tbsp olive oil train 4 days a week and cardio 6 days a week 2 x 45min sessions on a treadmill low impact this will burn fat and not muscle do not do HIIT cardio. drink 4L a day plus a OTC fat burner... hope this helps.. : but i work out first thing so maybee rearrange? as such 06.30 - meal 4 07.00 - work out 09.00 - meal 5 12.00 - meal 2 15.00 - meal 1 18.00 - meal 3 21.00 - meal 6 will that be ok? also hae a look on the advanced bb section to have a lok at my routine anone thanks warren |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: aaaggghhh holiday time!!! just a quick question, if any one could awnser id be very thankfull, i have roughly 5 weeks till i go n hol but when im on hol i dont want to stay on a no carb diet as i want to have a bit of a let loose, but im worried about the transition from no carbs for 4-5 weeks to eating carbs ( now im on hol but wont go to mad , its more a relaxing type ol lol). should i take 1 week before the hol to ease carbs back in? or just change over and hen hit it again whe i get back ? hhmm lol |

| On the first step | Re: aaaggghhh holiday time!!! Just a quick point. Careful taking someone else's diet plan that was wrote specifically for them. While the essence of it of course will be good, the amount of cals for you may not based on your goals? Perhaps would be better to ask for those to be checked based on your body composition etc.
