![]() | trying to lose weight hi, i just recently started my winny cycle. i'm on number 4 as of now ,i'm taking 1cc every other day. and i'm rotating sites as well to avoid scaring. i experience a lot of pain my deltoid when i inject there not sure why but from what i heard it happens to some. i'm also taking a multi vitamin and a veggie supplement. and taking hydroxycut to help out with fat lose. (if any one knows of something better please let me know) (since i'm not fond of alot of veggies) i'm 5'10 230 lbs. i'm not sure on bf% but i do have a some fat mostly in my stomach area. i'm working out 5 days a week. and doing 30 min of cardio. i'm eating alot of protein, such as chicken , tuna, red meat. and lots of powder protein. about 4-5 small meals aday. now the question at hand. when should i expect to see some results from this. i know i'm still early in , but just am curious . and if there are any other things or better things i can take to help aid in the weightloss. thanks for all your help. tom |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Tom, I would eat 6 meals a day spaced out. Drink lots of water. Keep the carbs low in the Glycemic Index (GI), eat your veggies. I myself keep the carbs, proteins and fats all together in a meal. Dont eat more than 500 cals in any one sitting. Do your weights first then you can do your cardio. Or do your cardio first thing in the morning. I know you are in a hurry but the only other approach is Atkins for about 3 weeks then you can go back to something like 40/30/30 |

After that, watch the weight come off (fat). alot of people will lose about 12 lbs in 2 weeks. After that you will have to have a good diet to keep losing. PM winger or me to get some more details. |
