![]() | hiit hello community! what do you think about this method to losing fat: 5 time a week in the morning cardio 65/70% 40mins and 3 time a week hiit with leg press so: 10 mins 1 set of leg press maintaining the heart frequency 170-175 and 30 second pause to assest the heart rate,and repeat everything for 10-15 minutes, i think that is a good solution to losing fat and create a quality in the legs. what do you think boys? sorry for my english;-) |
