Re: cheat meals

After 5days of strict clean diet I started dreaming about having a donor meat and chips and feeling really guilty about it the day after.

I'm planning to have one cheat meal once a week with the misses, eating as cleanly as possible inbetween.

By this cheat meal I mean, starter, main, pudding. Bottle of wine, drinks at bar/club after. So more like a night of pleasure lol

at the moment i eat clean mon-friday and do what i like at weekends!

if dieting i have 1 cheat meal a week!

I can believe people only have the odd cheat meal. I have Saturday and Sunday off even when cutting. I dont go stupid mind but i have what i want plus a few pints

I do the hard work in the week so i like to relax and enjoy my weekends plus i know then i have to work my ass off in the week.

Damn i feel sorry for guys like luke who go months without a cheat. it kills me after 2wks. Im going full out tonight, im talking two main courses and starters, the lot. Ill get some pictures up of my monsterous feast or is this me just bin a sado?? :gun:
