boxing diet required

My brother broke his finger a few months ago in boxing, and has been unable to spar, he has continues on his fitness but sparing he has lost a bit of agility.He is fighting on the 25th of this month and so I have recommended he trains twice a day am and pm (he does not work and therefore has all afternoon of) What food should he be consuming after his first training session approx 1-1.5 hours long in order to replenish for the evening training.Also before the fight i.e. 2 days what foods should he be avoiding, he obviously will need some storage of energy, but only 3 (3 minute rounds he has). And what food the day of the fight (for no bloatness)
