body-evolution is on a distinguished road
Swollen belly
hello community in everytime a day i have Dilated abdomen..
Seem to use insulin... but i don't use..a lot of air...
i think that is to much fiber in my diet..no problem..
in the morning Flat is beautiful but when i eat o drink waterInflates and suffered so much air...
Could be the GH?
what we think?

Maybe you should see a doctor about your stomach problem.

how much gh are you using, there wasa guy down my gym prepping for a show and he was shooting 10iu aday for over 4months and his stomach is quite extended, alothough theres no medical proof of this

it will be food allergies/intollerances

get tested for foods that you can/cant eat

once you know this and you stop eating them, you will be better

do you suffer any bad bowl movements?

do you get bad stomach pain, or acid reflux/heartburn?

do you have a white coating on your tongue?

do you feel tired/fatigue during the day?
