Any way, it depends mate on what your like, genetics etc. I was lucky and my tits were one of the first things to start to go... Although since I put weight back on its one of the first places the fat has come back. If you start doing the morning cardio and get your diet sorted cant see there any reason why they wouldnt be an improvement before you go. But genetics etc are what is here. Every one is different mate.

You want to eat every 2 and half hours - 3 hours longest. Other wise A) your body will start eating as muscle for food - kinda opposite to what you want B) if longer your body kinda thinks your going in to "starvation" mode and will hang on to stuff ( carbs etc) more so... If you cant do with out carbs, have No carbs (non training days) after 2pm-4pm.
