Too many saturated fats??

Following carb cycling macros advice from Pscarb, I've put together this diet:

High - 200, 600, 50 (Sat)
Mod - 200, 200, 75 (Tues, Thurs)
Low - 200, 100, 100 (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun)

Low:
78g Weetabix, 200ml skimmed milk, 23g Whey................................(33, 60, 2)
Train: 40mins LIT. Weights
42g whey, 26g MDX............................................... ...................(33, 25, 0)
1 slice wholemeal bread, 100g chicken, salad.................................(33, 17, 1)
95g tuna, Veg, 40g Peanut Butter, 10g EVOO, 3 fish oil caps............(33, 6, 33)
90g chicken, Veg, 40g Peanut Butter, 10g EVOO, 3 fish oil caps........(33, 6, 33)
29g Casein, 40g Peanut Butter, 10g EVOO, 3 fish oil caps.................(33, 6, 33)

Mod:
147g Weetabix, 400ml skimmed milk............................................(3 0, 120, 3)
Train: 40mins LIT. Weights
42g whey, 52g MDX............................................... ..................(33, 50, 0)
2 slice wholemeal bread, 90g chicken, salad..................................(33, 34, 2)
95g tuna, Veg, 40g Peanut Butter, 5g EVOO.................................(33, 3, 25)
90g chicken, Veg, 40g Peanut Butter, 5 fish oil caps......................(34, 6, 25)
29g Casein, 40g Peanut Butter, 5 fish oil caps...............................(33, 6, 25)

High:
Similar food stuffs, but meeting 200, 600, 50.

The 120g of peanut butter I'm eating daily gives:
12g saturated, 30g mono-saturates and 18g of polyunsaturates fats.

Is this too much saturated fats for a cutting diet?? (or any diet for that matter?!).
I absolutely love the stuff, so using it as my main source of fats seemed like a great idea!

Any help with the fats issue would be much appreciated, as would any general comments regarding my diet/eating plan.

Cheers,

Re: Too many saturated fats??

do not get hung up on saturated fats as your body does need some to produce test along with other things, 25% of total fat amount is fine

Re: Too many saturated fats??

As always, exact information I needed.
Half the peanut butter and increase the EVOO to compensate gives me 25% saturated fats.

Cheers again for all your help
