Protein/Fat or Protein/Carbs for bed?

Does it matter which?

I'm thinking about eggs in particular and was thinking of 4 boiled eggs for evening meal before bed.

Does it matter that there's no carbs there?

Cheers

If your trying to cut fat then a protein + fat meal is usually best.

Egg protein is usually a good choice.
